Mobile Twinning is a module that enables multiple devices and terminals to be accessed via the same number. Users simply select the devices they want to include in the service and these become associated with their number. When the number is called, all devices ring in parallel, giving the user the freedom to select the most convenient one for their needs.
Read the datasheetWith the Mobile Twinning module, service providers can enable subscribers to be reachable across multiple devices. Users can maintain their primary number (or identity) and choose the most appropriate device on which to take the call. There are configurable options that enable calls to be routed according to preferences or if the user is unavailable (forward to voicemail, another user and so on).
Service providers can increase stickiness to their offer by delivering customer flexibility. Users can configure public and privacy options to selectively screen calls and set time of day parameters, so that calls can be accepted or routed to voicemail (or another device), depending on the time and date. Users have full control over their options, ensuring that they obtain the solution that matches their needs.
