Add click to call and SMS sending to Teams

With the MS Teams integration modules, users can use ‘click to call’ features directly from the Teams client. The number that is presented can be selected to be the user’s own number or one of the company main numbers, ensuring that recipients can recognise the call. In addition, the integration allows SMS messages to be sent from the client for mobile termination.

Cross device call pickup

Parallel ringing across all devices means that users have the convenience of selecting on which terminal to accept calls – MS Teams, mobile, fixed or other device. The MS Teams integration module means that service providers can offer business users a solution that complements other popular enterprise applications and enhances their reach and capabilities.
