Personal Assistant Call Screening
Easy Virtual PaBX supports a range of ready-to-run service packages, allowing service providers to quickly launch a range of service bundles. Instead of running the same IP Centrex service, they can choose from the packages and offer service variants to different segments or user categories. Within a particular service, there may be options that can be offered, or many configuration options. For example, "Personal Assistant" applies advanced call screening functions to incoming calls to enable calls directed towards particular member of staff to be routed to their PA or secretary, who then determines how the call should be routed.
Adding features and options using the different service packages allows service providers to offer highly differentiated portfolios, helping achieve a distinctive and compelling offer. Further service differentiation can be achieved through individually customised service creation, using the Easy Designer tool, ensuring continual evolution to meet changing demands.
