Gintel’s Easy Business Communications Suite now available through the RestcommONE Marketplace
Combined solution enables service providers to quickly and easily launch advanced cloud-hosted mobile UC and B2B services to their customers
TRONDHEIM, Norway, January 18, 2018 – Gintel announces an extended partnership with Telestax® and become a key application partner in its RestcommONE Marketplace™, a rich B2B ecosystem where service providers are connected to value add, in-demand, real-time communications applications and services.
Easy Business Communications Suite is now available through the RestcommONE Marketplace, enabling CSPs to launch hosted mobile UC services quickly and easily and without the expense of a complete in-network deployment. Services include inbound call management, IVR / Auto Attendant and switchboard for enterprise and SME customers.
Access to the service is quick and simple, providing integration into OSS reporting and provisioning systems, as well as offering full billing control. In addition, SMS access enables companies to use traditional messaging to send internal messages, quickly and easily from the web interface.
The new agreement builds on Gintel’s existing successful in-network deployments with RestcommONE, Telestax’s real-time communications platform. In the aggregate, the deployments cover more than 1 million end-user customers, demonstrating the proven performance and scalability of the combined solution.
Gintel Easy Business Communications Suite are supported from the RestcommONE CPaaS through a choice of access models, from full mobile to SIP, allowing any service provider to launch cost-effective business services.
