Frode Thulien

Frode Thulien

Chief executive officer

Frode Thulien assumed the role of CEO in February 2022. Joining Gintel after a successful career in the ICT sector, Frode brings outstanding leadership experience.

He has led a number of international organisations, implementing change strategies and driving growth, both organically and through M&A activities. Frode has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and graduated from the Norwegian School of Management in 1998.

Mazen Shiaa

Mazen Shiaa has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding a number of senior technical and business-related positions.

Previously, he has worked for Ericsson and also with Telenor. Mazen has a PhD in Telecommunications from NTNU University.

Bjorn Gulla is responsible for technical leadership and innovation in Gintel and has led the development and consulting teams since its foundation.

Previously, he held senior positions in Telenor’s R&D department, leading the projects which led to the establishment of Gintel.

Håkon Kvarme is responsible for Gintel’s projects, operations and support.

Håkon has over 20 years of leadership experience in scaling B2B platforms and optimizing service delivery models. He excels in P&L management, profitable SaaS growth, and turnaround strategies. With deep expertise in programme governance and cross-organisational coordination, Håkon has led high-performing teams at TietoEvry, Aneo, and Telenor.

Gry Jensen has more than 20 years’ of experience in financial audit, control and reporting.

She is responsible for the day-to-day management of Gintel’s financial department and also for the long-term planning which supports the profitable growth of our business. Before joining Gintel in 2011, she held senior auditing and control positions in Telenor and GE Energy.

Guy Redmill has been with Gintel since 2007 and is responsible for leading marketing initiatives and international activities.

Guy has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and has held business development, product marketing and management roles in a number of companies, including Cantata, Brooktrout Technology and Telesoft Technologies.
