Gintel as a working environment (people, culture)
It’s a busy, fast-moving environment, with a continuous pipeline of development. It’s exciting creating new software to provide solutions to customer problems. We have good processes in place, procedures that really support our activities – and it’s easy to get help when you need it.
Career and professional development
Gintel definitely tries to help us. Of course, the COVID era has limited what we can do externally, but we plan to attend conferences and events now – because it’s essential to keep ahead of new trends and frameworks for software development. I’ve learnt many new skills – and am building my expertise all the time.
