We are a Telenor spinout and we provide powerful, highly scalable B2B, IP Centrex and mobile voice solutions to leading operators and MVNOs, helping them to boost revenue from fixed and mobile subscribers, across all networks.

You will be responsible for preparing technical responses and proposals to customers and partners, and running demonstrations. You should be able to explain technical details and requirements to a technical and non-technical audience.

You should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Address all product-related queries.
  • Engage in technical discussions with internal development/support teams as well as with customers and partners.
  • Draft offers that include technical specifications, as well as commercial details.
  • Create and update product documentation based on the above activities.

Requirements and skills:

  • Extensive telecommunication and IT knowledge.
    • E.g. SIP, IP, SS7, Diameter
  • Good level of technical know-how and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English language - written and spoken.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication.
  • Ideally, you will be based in the UK, with the ability to travel within Europe and elsewhere.
