Gintel is looking for a qualified Presales Engineer to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical responses and proposals for customers and partners.
As a Presales Engineer, you should be able to explain technical details and requirements to a technical and non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
Tasks:
- Address all product-related queries in a timely manner
- Engage in technical discussions with internal development / support teams, as well as with customers and partners
- Draft technical offers that include technical specifications as well as commercial details
- Create and update product documentation based on the above activities
Requirements and skills:
- Detailed Telecommunications and IT knowledge
- Good level of technical know-howand troubleshooting
- Proven technical documentation skills
- Excellent level of English language skills, written and spoken
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications
