Overview

Corporate, Group or Personal mailboxes

Gintel Voicemail can be used for corporate, group and personal mailboxes. Messages can be taken during out of office hour periods or when an attendant is unavailable. Departments, groups and teams can also be allocated mailboxes, allowing messages to be deposited and retrieved by the most relevant people in the organisation, saving time and ensuring more rapid follow up.

Standalone or integrated

The Gintel Voicemail solution can be delivered as a standalone platform, enabling service providers to offer flexible voicemail services or as a valuable extension to the Easy Business Communications Suite, helping service providers broaden their portfolio and increase their value.

Like many mobile operators, Kcell, the leading mobile network provider in Kazakhstan, is faced with the challenge of revenue growth. Mushrooming data consumption, enabled by significant investment in Kcell’s LTE infrastructure and networks, has not been matched by a proportional rise in data revenues, a common challenge that MNOs are struggling to address.
