Gintel in your network Deployment Models
in your network
All of Gintel’s solutions are net-centric software applications and can be deployed on standard open platforms and networks, promoting a layered system architecture and vendor independence. The choice of associated elements depends on each network.

Gintel in your network
Vendor independent, layered architecture
Gintel’s expertise can be leveraged to ensure an optimal solution for your network and mixture of signalling protocols. A number of elements are required for an effective deployment.
In all cases, an application server will be required. This provides an environment for the execution of business logic and a centralised means of accessing data required by the application itself. Gintel’s applications can run on a wide range of industry standard SIP application servers, such as OCCAS from Oracle. A media server (or MRF) may be required to support the demands of interactive sessions. A media server manages common media processing tasks, such as play, record, tone detection and generation, conferencing, IVR, ASR, TTS, etc, and provides a common pool of these resources that is available to the application (or applications) whenever required. Gintel’s applications are compatible with media servers from Dialogic and HP, and integration with other solutions via VoiceXML and SIP is easily accomplished.
