Overview

Deliver effective business communications to your customers

On-demand and reserved conferencing modes are supported, with an easy interface to enable user control. Conferencing minutes can be included as part of a bundle or be billed separately, depending on the offer.

Enhance with call recording, calendar integration and SMS notification

and event recording for future playback or for training purposes, and integration with calendar and SMS notification. Service providers can configure settings such as the maximum number of users, as well as benefit from the ability to support unlimited parallel conferences, ensuring that the service can be delivered to the complete customer base. Alternatively, conferencing can be offered as a stand-alone service in its own right.

Like many mobile operators, Kcell, the leading mobile network provider in Kazakhstan, is faced with the challenge of revenue growth. Mushrooming data consumption, enabled by significant investment in Kcell’s LTE infrastructure and networks, has not been matched by a proportional rise in data revenues, a common challenge that MNOs are struggling to address.

The solution
