Thomas Evensen, CEO
Before assuming the role of CEO in September 2015, Thomas Evensen had been Gintel’s Chairman of the Board for three years. He is an experienced executive leader and joined Telenor in 2003, taking on a several roles in sales management. Subsequently, he became Director of Ownership, managing numerous Telenor subsidiary companies as Chairman of the Board, as well as being CEO of Kjedehuset from 2013 to 2014. Thomas holds an MBA from NHH, The Norwegian School of Economics, and has studied Strategic Marketing at London Business School.
Mazen Shiaa, VP Sales and Marketing
Mazen Shiaa has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding a number of senior technical and business-related positions. Previously, he has worked for Ericsson and also with Telenor. Mazen has a PhD in Telecommunications from NTNU University.
Bjorn Gulla, CTO
Bjorn Gulla is responsible for technical leadership and innovation in Gintel and has led the development and consulting teams since its foundation. Previously, he held senior positions in Telenor's R&D department, leading the projects which led to the establishment of Gintel.
Anders Solhaug, COO
Anders Solhaug is responsible for Gintel’s projects, operations and support. Anders joined Gintel in February 2017 and has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industry, working with strategy, product development, operations, support and research for organisations and companies, such as the Norwegian Army, Sintef, NextGenTel, Telia, Norconsult Telematics and Matiq. Anders holds a Master degree in Telematics from NTNU.
Gry Jensen, CFO
Gry Jensen has more than 20 years’ of experience in financial audit, control and reporting. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of Gintel’s financial department and also for the long-term planning which supports the profitable growth of our business. Before joining Gintel in 2011, she held senior auditing and control positions in Telenor and GE Energy.
Guy Redmill, Marketing Director
Guy Redmill has been with Gintel since 2007 and is responsible for leading marketing initiatives and international activities. Guy has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and has held business development, product marketing and management roles in a number of companies, including Cantata, Brooktrout Technology and Telesoft Technologies.
